30-Day Refund & Replacement Guarantee

We want you to love your stencil!

If something isn’t right — whether it’s damaged, missing, or not what you expected — we’ll make it right. You can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To process a return or replacement, please provide your order number or last name.

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your stencil arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we offer a 100% refund or free replacement.

Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@lazystencils.com so we can review it quickly.


Incorrect Orders

We’re only human — sometimes mistakes can happen.

If you receive an incorrect stencil, just send us a photo and we’ll ship the correct one immediately or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong stencil or size, let us know! In most cases, you can just cover the shipping cost, and we’ll send a free replacement to make things right.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your product doesn’t arrive and tracking clearly shows it was lost in transit, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund (after the estimated delivery time has passed).

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, we can send a replacement with a small shipping fee.

For a refund, we’ll file a claim with USPS — if approved, you’ll receive your refund. If USPS denies the claim, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, we’ll issue a refund or replacement immediately.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, simply ship it back to us.

Once you share the tracking number, we’ll ship your replacement right away.

We’ll always notify you when your exchange has been processed and your new item is on the way.


Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For other returns (such as mistaken orders), shipping costs may apply, which we’ll discuss with you before proceeding.


Custom Orders

All custom and personalized stencils are made to order.

Because of their unique nature, they can only be replaced — not refunded — unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

If you don’t see the refund after that time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
