5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All stencils are made to order, with a typical processing time of 1–5 business days.
  • Shipping: Domestic U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch. International orders vary between 7–35 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized stencils cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Replacements or refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
